Wait your logo doen't really look like an RS at all! The icon is easy to see even at a smaller size but your logo isn't. The icon seems to be forming a R shape at 1/2 in and 1 inch. You should try making your logo thicker as it is on the combined one.
The RS could be in a thinker stroke or maybe done in a stronger angle, it gets lost in the combination. Perhaps what this needs is something more of a title than a simple monogram with your initials. Keep working with it! :) Your rabbit is a keeper!
The rabbit design is good. But the "RS" can not be seen. Push the "RS" design idea further.
